Make time for yourself. Discover the lush landscapes of the wild Azores islands during a relaxing 1-week Retreat. The week’s programming is centered around the four elements - water, earth, fire, and air, so you’ll be able to connect with nature as well as yourself. Explore rushing waterfalls. Hop into soothing hot springs. Visit volcanic valleys. Admire hydrangea-lined lakes. Our Retreats include a facilitator, accommodations, healthy chef-prepared meals and a well-balanced blend of wellness activities, workshops, and an excursion to connect with the land and environments. We’ll take care of all the details so you can unwind.

This retreat takes place in a 17th-century monastery packed with historical charm. You will have a choice of a comfortable private room or a shared room with another Retreat participant. Pricing is based on a shared room with one other retreat participant. You will have the option to book a private room for a higher price after confirming your spot on the retreat. If you are sharing a room, you can specify a roommate or let us match you with someone. Room options are subject to availability at time of room selection.

This retreat went above and beyond my expectations. Everything from the location of the place, the accommodations, my room, the activities planned and the add on trips as well. I think being in the middle of nowhere and truly disconnecting and integrating into the retreat was amazing. I am ready to book my second one.

All meals at the retreat center will be prepared by a local chef who primarily prepares delicious, nutrient-filled vegetarian meals.

During our two excursion days, packed lunches will be prepared by another local caterer who cooks with meat and fish protein.
Tea, coffee, and water will be available each day at the retreat center.
